Join Phoenix Aquatics
We’re excited to welcome new swimmers and families to Phoenix Aquatics. Whether your child is an aspiring competitive swimmer or an experienced racer looking to take their performance to the next level, we have a squad to suit.
To apply for membership, please complete the membership form and return it to phoenixadmin@nzlswim.com. Once received, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your registration, squad placement, and next steps.

How to Join
Download the Form
Download and complete the membership form. Ensure all sections are filled in and the declaration is signed.
Submit Your Application
Return the completed form along with the photography consent form to phoenixadmin@nzlswim.com.
Please note a one-off, non-refundable $150 joining fee applies to all new members (see below).
Squad Placement
A member of the coaching team will assess your swimmer and confirm the appropriate squad placement.
Start Swimming
Once confirmed, register with Swimming NZ and Swimming Auckland, then get in the pool!
Before submitting your application, please ensure:
All sections of the form are completed
The membership declaration has been read and signed
Any relevant medical information is included
Photography consent form is completed and attached
You acknowledge the one-off, non-refundable $150 joining fee, which covers basic club uniform for new members

Get Your Gear
Once you’re registered, grab the official club uniform and training equipment. All competition swimmers are required to wear the club uniform at sanctioned meets.

Purchase the official Phoenix Aquatics uniform through our online shop. All competition swimmers are required to wear the club uniform at sanctioned meets.

Our gear partner Teamline offers special discounts to Phoenix Aquatics swimmers on all training equipment including kickboards, pull buoys, paddles, snorkels, fins and more.

Phoenix Aquatics Joining Fee

New Member Joining Fee

A one-off, non-refundable fee payable by all new members upon joining Phoenix Aquatics. This contributes towards your club uniform needs and includes club cap, t-shirt and shorts.
Phoenix Aquatics Affiliate Fee

Annual Affiliate Membership
$50/yr
For swimmers living overseas who wish to maintain a connection with the club. Affiliate Members remain eligible to represent Phoenix Aquatics at approved competitions and to rejoin squad training on return. Terms reviewed by the committee.

Discount applies for additional siblings. Swimmers joining after the first six months pay $200 through until April 1st. Paid separately through Fastlane — information on how to do this will be provided by Phoenix Admin.
